Mechanical milk thermometer with a metal clip.
Thermometer for hot drinks at home and behind the bar, and also for frothed milk, homemade ice cream and toffee. It is marked with the optimal temperature range for frothed milk. Hotter milk causes the milk proteins to start breaking down, and the taste changes for the worse.
The metal clip lets the thermometer attach easily to the rim of the milk jug or saucepan.
