Service

Coffee machines need regular servicing for good function and reliability. What needs to be replaced regularly are the gaskets and screens in the brew groups. We recommend replacing them twice a year. Cleaning makes a difference! Coffee machines often don't need servicing, just a little cleaning. It is very important to keep the espresso machine and grinder clean so that they can reach their full potential. This ensures that every cup of coffee tastes good and that your customers come back day after day with happy smiles.

Service is one of the most important building blocks of our business philosophy, and on the Swedish market we have a recognised high level of technical expertise. As a result, we sometimes take on repairs or servicing of machines that a local repairer has failed to fix.

Home and semi-pro machines in need of service are welcome without prior notice during the shop's opening hours. Servicing of larger machines at cafés, restaurants and companies is usually carried out on site.

We service most machines on the market, except Jura, Delonghi, Melitta, OBH, Wilfa and Siemens. Spare parts are in stock for immediate repair of most espresso machines on the market.

When you hand in the machine for service, don't forget to bring all the parts for your machine, such as portafilters.
A customer is always welcome to ask us for help, even if we did not sell the machine in question.
The workshop is located at Rimfrostgatan 2B in Malmö.
Our spare parts stock has over 6000 items.
For machines imported directly by owners, we work with service partners throughout the country.
