The S110 is Pasmo's latest soft ice cream machine. It has few parts, which makes cleaning and washing up easy, taking about 30 minutes. Durable parts reduce wear and maintenance costs and give many years of reliable operation.

Gravity model without pasteurization

• Feeds mix from the mix hopper to the freezing cylinder by gravity. The ice cream is produced at a slightly lower temperature and overrun.
• Mix and air-mixing tubes that give optimal product quality and an even, low cost per serving.
