Eureka Mignon Specialita is a grinder from a series that is compact, relatively quiet and delivers a very even grind quality. Mignon combines traditional design with modern features. Specialita is one of the top models in the series. For espresso grinding the grinder grinds about 1.6 grams per second, and for filter grinding about 2.3 grams per second.
