The dosing ring works as a funnel that avoids wasting coffee. Inside the ring there are small magnets, which make it easy to attach the ring to the portafilter. This minimises spillage around the grinder and always gives an even amount of coffee in the portafilter.
The dosing ring is designed to be used with 58 mm portafilters, but thanks to the included rubber ring it also fits the smaller portafilters with a diameter of 55mm and 53 mm.
The ring works as a funnel that reduces coffee spillage. Small magnets inside the ring attach it to the portafilter, so you always get an even amount of coffee in the portafilter.
The included rubber ring means it also fits smaller portafilters.
