Used soft ice cream machine without a mix tank, with a refrigerated cabinet for up to 30 L of mix.
The machine has no mix tank. Instead it has a large refrigerated cabinet where mix can be stored, up to 30 L. Filling is easy with a quick coupling for 10 L mix packs or canteen packs.
The mix is transported in a closed system up to the freezing chamber (the cylinder) by patented gear pumps, where air is blended in to a high overrun (volume increase). The closed system gives major hygiene advantages over other types of machines.
