Complete mix for Belgian waffles, mixed with water only.
Intended mainly for flip waffle irons, yielding up to 300 waffles per carton. It can also be baked in regular irons, but the recipe may then differ. Depending on the make of Belgian waffle iron, waffle size and topping, you will need to experiment with the amount of water.
Preparation:
- Mix 1 bag with 1 L of water.
- Whisk until smooth. A little butter can be added.
- Let stand for about 10 minutes for best results.
- Temperature about 200–230 °C. Brush the iron with oil or use oil spray.
- Bake for about 2.5–3 minutes.
