Mechanical release ice cream scoop

For many common ice creams you can manage with an ordinary ice cream scoop, but for an extra-sticky type of ice cream this scoop is really useful for getting the ice cream onto your cone or plate (without using fingers). Make sure the ice cream has the right consistency (not too hard) before scooping.

What is good about the mechanical release scoop? It looks pretty cool to use. The release mechanism lets you easily release even the stickiest ice cream.
