Electro Freeze CS8 - Used soft serve ice cream machine, 2011

The CS8 feeds mix from the mix container to the freezing cylinder by gravity. The ice cream is therefore produced at a slightly higher temperature and with lower overrun than in ordinary soft serve machines with a pump. Fewer parts make cleaning and washing easier.
