The next generation of soft ice cream machines is here. Machines without a mix tank, which instead have a large refrigerated cabinet space where you can store large quantities of mix, up to 30L. Filling is very easy, with a quick connection for 10L mix packs or for canteens. The mix is transported in a closed system up into the freezing chamber (cylinder) by means of patented gear pumps, where air is incorporated to a high overrun (volume increase). The closed system gives great hygiene advantages over other types of machines. The machine has extremely high capacity and can meet all customers' sales needs.
