Used water-cooled countertop soft ice cream machine from Coldelite, model year 2001.
Italian soft ice cream machine that is easy to use and also suitable for frozen yogurt. The mix is transported from a mix container down into the freezing chamber (the cylinder) by patented gear pumps, where air is blended in to a high overrun (increase in volume). The simple construction gives significant advantages over other makes of machine.
The machine has good capacity and handles most customers' sales needs.
