Eureka Mignon is a series of grinders that stand out from the crowd. They are compact, relatively quiet and, above all, maintain an incredibly even quality of the grinding. Mignon combines traditional design with modern functions.
When grinding espresso, you grind about 1.6 grams per second, and when grinding brew, you grind about 2.3 grams per second. So you get a quiet and stable mill that can handle everything gallantly
