This is a very versatile equipment with a temperature control system that allows you to set positive and negative temperatures. This way you can store and preserve many different products such as granita/slush, sorbets, fruit and milk, gelato and ice cream, fruit salads, drinks, etc. The machine is also energy saving and thanks to the static cooling system you can reduce the cost of work.
